I’m a finalist for the 2015 Daphne du Maurier Award for Excellence in Mystery/Suspense – the single title romantic mystery/suspense category.
We’ll find out how we placed (1st, 2nd, 3rd place, or honorable mention) at the Death by Chocolate party hosted by the Kiss of Death Chapter at the Romance Writer’s of America national conference in July.
And I get to wear a special ribbon on my name tag while at the conference. Someone told me it’ll be a black ribbon. Too cool! And dark and creepy. LOVE!
Apparently, the finalists will have their own loop online, so we can chat and get to know each other before the big bash. I can’t wait to see if I know any of the finalists. And I’m looking forward to getting to know everyone on our loop. So fun!
I’m so excited! Bet you couldn’t tell. July can’t get here fast enough. Which is probably a good thing since flight prices haven’t dropped yet.

And one last… WHOOP!
